When you think of Hartford, CT, what comes into mind? The Whalers, their old hockey team? Maybe? Classic New England, of course? What about history? Did you know that Hartford was once the home of several notable American people such as Noah Webster, author of the dictionary, J.P. Morgan and Mark Twain. Now, we’re not getting paid by the city’s tourist office to sell the city, but there’s surprisingly a lot of little history tucked away in this small New England city.
